Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Director, Retail in the Boston area to lead our Boutique Management Team and drive world-class client experiences. You will shape the strategic direction, sales and service balance, and talent growth across the region while upholding Aritzia's brand and values.

Collaborating with cross-functional partners, you will ensure operational excellence, inspire teams, and deliver on corporate objectives in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
