Honey Birdette is seeking a Boutique Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver a premium client experience for our luxury lingerie brand in a Paramus, NJ location.
You will drive sales, manage inventory and visual presentation, and ensure policy compliance while building strong client relationships and mentoring team members to exceed targets.

We are looking for a dedicated highly motivated and skilled Boutique Manager to join our team at Honey Birdette. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our stores, teach, train, develop and lead a fun group of high performing Boutique Team Members, drive sales and curate a red carpet shopping experience for our clients.
