You will balance sales and service by staffing the right people at the right times, and coordinate with partners to ensure seamless store operations and growth opportunities for your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class client experiences, and build loyal client relationships.
• Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people, in the right place at the right time.
• Seamlessly own or escalate the details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations for an exceptional shopping experience.
• Manage day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives and career development.
• Work with Business Support partners to lead day-to-day function of the department in line with corporate objectives.
