Job summary

CHANEL in Dallas is seeking an Inventory Specialist responsible for ensuring the flow of goods in and out of the boutique is handled efficiently to support a seamless client experience.

You will process received stock, organize and maintain inventory to CHANEL standards, prepare outbound shipments, and participate in stock cycle counts, reporting to the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager. This role requires teamwork and a service-minded approach.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related inventory/retail experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to move heavy items up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record into system.
• Organize and maintain stock in line with CHANEL expectations.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards.
• Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory.
• Build positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.
