Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a restaurant team member on-site in Colorado. You will provide prompt, courteous service to guests, taking orders, serving meals, and assisting with special requests to ensure an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, upselling menu items, staying informed about daily specials, and handling payments accurately in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a reliable team member with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3+ months experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of basic customer service principles and restaurant operations.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a busy dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take orders from restaurant customers, serve and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain attentive service throughout the dining experience and follow service standards.
• Restock and perform opening/closing sidework as instructed.
• Memorize menu items, recipes and daily specials to answer questions and upsell.
• Maintain cleanliness in restaurant, waitstation and kitchen area to meet health standards.
• Process payments accurately and document guest checks.
