Hotel Orielle, Autograph Collection in Savannah's historic Riverfront district seeks a personable Host/ess to welcome guests and guide them to seating with a warm smile. You will provide menus, answer questions, and coordinate with kitchen and servers to ensure timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, maintaining an orderly host station, handling inquiries, and upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure seating arrangements are organized.
• Provide menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and servers to ensure timely service.
• Assist with taking reservations and managing the waiting list.
