Comfortable training all fitness levels from beginners to athletes.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, able to work in a small team.
Responsibilities
Lead semi-private and small group training sessions.
Conduct quarterly fitness tests and goal check-ins.
Design and deliver individualized programs for clients.
Coach proper movement and technique every session.
Contribute to a client retention culture.
Skills
