Job summary

CHANEL Tysons is seeking a Boutique Facilitator who thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. You will support sales associates, assist with operations, and ensure superior client experiences through attentive service and brand ambassadorship.

With at least 1 year of related experience, you will help manage inventory, opening/closing of registers, and cash handling while maintaining a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays, to support store needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and be a brand ambassador.

About the role:

We are looking for a Boutique Facilitator, someone passionate about providing the highest standards of service and will be trained to be well-rounded in all activities within the Boutique. They will be crucial to the success of the operations within the Boutique. As a multi-functional, “generalist” support role, the Boutique Facilitatorassiststhe sales associates, and the boutique to maximize client-facing time and will support all areas of the Boutique as needed.

• Be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales andservice support

Position Logistics:

Compensation:

• Theanticipatedhourly rate range for this position is $25.50 through $28.00. Base salary is onecomponentof the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] includeadditionalcompensation, benefits, andperks.
