The Cottonwood is seeking an Event Services Coordinator to support the Senior Event Sales Manager by overseeing the detailed planning and execution of events from contract through final preparation.

This role acts as the main client liaison, ensuring accurate documentation, clear communication to clients and internal hotel departments, and flawless event execution with exceptional organizational skills.
