Qualifications

• Active NY esthetics license and ability to perform treatments per studio protocols.
• Strong communication to understand client needs and explain procedures clearly.
• Maintain high sanitation standards and professional presentation in all interactions.
• Accurate client notes, consent records and post-treatment recommendations.
• Willingness to learn Ställe’s treatments and participate in ongoing training.
• Weekend availability and reliable attendance to support sessions.

Responsibilities

• Perform personalized facials with care, following Ställe's protocols.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client's skin, routine, concerns and goals.
• Develop treatment plans and home care recommendations for long-term skin health.
• Maintain detailed client notes and treatment histories.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment to foster relationships and retention.
• Assist with daily studio operations and client outreach as needed.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized and well stocked between appointments.
• Contribute to studio content and uphold Ställe's voice and aesthetics.
