Job summary

BioLegend is seeking a Bottling Technician I or II for the Form, Fill, and Finish Group in San Diego. This role processes product formulations, dispenses antibody products, caps and labels, and completes batch records while coordinating with Planning, Receiving, Inventory Control, CST, Packaging and QC teams. Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.

Requires at least 6 months of lab/biotech manufacturing experience and pipetting/dispensing liquids. Minimum education: HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or some college required.
• At least 6 months of relevant lab/biotech manufacturing experience.
• At least 6 months hands-on experience in pipetting or dispensing liquid products.

Responsibilities

• Assist bottling tasks: dispense antibody solutions, cap and label vials, and assemble kits.
• Formulate products per SOPs and work instructions, including multi-component mixes.
• Verify formulation worksheets for accuracy (concentrations, lot numbers, etc.).
• Put away finished goods according to temperature controls.
• Set up and prepare equipment for ongoing operations.
• Operate computer-controlled equipment (filling line, lyophilizer, capping, labeling).
• Follow procedures and safety guidelines in all tasks.
• Clean and maintain work area, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform data entry and production documentation as required.
• Participate in other projects as needed.
