Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must be able to read and interpret weight scale readings and tape measures.
• Must be able to stand for a 12-hour shift with breaks.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and 50 pounds on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to maintain production flow of operational work areas.
• Work cooperatively and effectively with fellow team members.
• Operate and maintain production support equipment.
• Complete daily paperwork with proper documentation practices.
• Confirm and document materials used in manufacturing processes.
• Perform inspections of products for non-conforming conditions.
• Correctly identify and label products.
• Understand and adhere to quality requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leaders, and supervisors.
• Support startup, changeover, cleaning, and shutdown tasks in work areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and ensure sanitation procedures are followed.
• Interpret and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Comply with HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety standards and company safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
