Job summary

Suja Life, Inc. is seeking an Operator 2 to safely run bottling, HPP, and packaging equipment within the Bottling department. The role requires adherence to SOPs, strong communication with the shift team, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Training includes a two-week schedule starting Sunday through Thursday, followed by regular shifts with overtime as needed. The position offers pay from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for overtime depending on

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse environments.
• Experience leading shifts or teams is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand English; bilinguals a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate all Bottling department machines safely and effectively; e.g., fillers, HPPs, labelers, case packers, bundlers, sleever, palletizers.
• Plan materials, equipment, and ingredients for daily production.
• Communicate issues to Shift Lead/Supervisor/Manager.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow SOP/SSOP/GMP/HACCP guidelines.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear PPE; ensure consistent attendance.
