Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Bottling Associate in Lynchburg, TN. You will support daily manufacturing operations, operate bottling lines, inspect finished bottles, and help meet production goals in a safety-focused environment.

The role offers rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) with competitive weekly pay. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and previous manufacturing experience is a plus. Training is provided to back up multiple bottling positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of duties on and off the bottling line in the bottling department.
• Prepares and inspects filled whiskey bottles for packing and shipping.
• Operates all equipment on the bottling lines and fills in for other operators as needed.
• Performs specific special online processes such as hand application of tags, corks, strip stamps, and shrink bands as well as cartooning.
• Performs off-line work, which includes hand wrapping, hand packing, inspection, and cleaning.
• Reworks non-conforming product.
• Completes training to back up to any assigned bottling position such as inspector, depal, decaser, labeler, strip stamp operator, and others.
