SilverRide is an award-winning TNC offering assisted rides for older adults and people with mobility challenges in Massachusetts.

Earn $39/hour with a $200 bonus after your first payment. No vehicle required—lease a Transit van through a third party. Schedule Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm in Boston-area and Brockton/Taunton. As an independent contractor you’ll bid on rides, with pre-scheduled opportunities and optional coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to provide ride services in MA.
• 3+ years of driving experience with a clean record.
• Massachusetts driver’s license (or 3+ years out-of-state experience).
• Fluent English and compassionate customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, assisted rides for older adults and people with mobility challenges.
• Accept pre-scheduled rides and deliver door-through-door service.
• Work as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling.

How It Works:

Credentials

Each contract has different credentialing requirements. As an independent contractor, you maintain your own credentials. Requirements may include:

• Drug testing
• DOT Physical (medical certificate)
• Defensive Driving course completion
