Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Franchise and Distribution Litigation Associate for our Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of general litigation experience, strong analytical and writing abilities, and a demonstrated interest in franchise and distribution law.

Responsibilities include handling complex litigation matters, researching, drafting pleadings, coordinating with senior attorneys, and engaging in client meetings and court proceedings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of general litigation experience.
• Active bar license in Massachusetts or commitment to obtain one promptly.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Exceptional analytical and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in complex litigation matters within the franchise and distribution sector.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client development.
• Participate in client meetings and court proceedings.
