Responsibilities

• Handle matters involving divorce, custody, child support, modifications, paternity, and asset division
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and other legal documents
• Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trials
• Work directly with clients and provide practical, thoughtful guidance throughout their matters
• Assist with complex financial issues, including matters involving substantial assets, closely held businesses, real estate, and executive compensation
• Manage matters independently while collaborating with experienced attorneys on case strategy
