Job summary

National Ovarian Cancer Coalition - National in Boston seeks an experienced New England Regional Manager to lead local fundraising, program engagement, and outreach initiatives. You will drive peer‑to‑peer events, coach volunteers, and build strong community partnerships to advance NOCC’s mission.

You will collaborate with survivors, families, caregivers, sponsors, and partners, while promoting NOCC programs and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in nonprofit event management, peer-to-peer fundraising, or community programs.
• Direct experience planning large fundraising events is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage volunteers, sponsors, and donor relationships.
• Strong project management and deadline handling.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of the Together in TEAL Run/Walk fundraising event and related activities.
• Develop local peer-to-peer fundraising strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Manage event logistics including venues, permits, vendors, and day-of coordination.
• Recruit and steward sponsors, volunteers, donors, teams, and partners.
• Support participant recruitment, team captain engagement, and retention.
• Track revenue, sponsorships, and participant activity to monitor progress.
