Job summary

Swissport seeks a Cabin Service Department cleaner to efficiently manage and direct the aircraft cleaning operation for our customers. The role offers $23.00 per hour for a full-time position with benefits including health/wellness, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, sick time and holidays.

Ideal candidates will plan resources, maintain quality standards, ensure safety compliance and uphold strong customer relationships while performing cleaning duties as needed.

Job Summary

To efficiently and profitably manage and direct the Cabin Service Department by providing a quality product over a range of cleaning services to its customer base.

The expected pay rate is $23.00/hour. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for resource planning e.g. proper scheduling, equipment, supplies.
• Maintain a high-quality standard of the aircraft cleaning operation.
• Maintain healthy business relationships with customers.
• Supervise and monitor performance and quality of service provided by staff on a regular basis.
• Emphasize all aspects of safety on the job (e.g.) correct operation of equipment and housekeeping.
• Ensure all records are maintained.
• Ensure proper handling of international garbage as required by the company, carrier, and the Department of Agriculture.
• Comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier security requirements.
• Performs all cleaning duties if required.
• Comply with Swissport SOPs and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
