Qualifications

• One year of general work experience OR a bachelor’s degree substituting education for experience.
• Ability to learn regulations and procedures through classroom or on‑the‑job training.
• Valid combination of experience and education may qualify for higher grades.

Responsibilities

• Detect and question people suspected of immigration and customs violations.
• Inspect documents to determine citizenship or violations.
• Patrol borders and use various assets to secure the USBP Mission.
