Qualifications

• CTAP/ICTAP eligibles information and documentation.
• Combining education and experience may be used to meet total qualifications.
• Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work.

Responsibilities

• Explain information conveyed to the field on surveillance activities, sensor alarms, and database findings.
• Gather, verify, and sort information requested by Border Patrol Agents and law enforcement for accuracy.
• Review reports to ensure accuracy.
• Inform supervisors of progress, potential controversies, and any wider impacts.
• Direct and advise responding officers using information from law enforcement systems.
• Research, analyze, develop, and report on investigative and intelligence information for investigations.
• Conduct data mining and analysis of national databases to determine identity, alienage, and removability.
