Job summary

New Castle Building Products in Hicksville seeks a steady, qualified Boom Operator/Driver to transport materials to client sites and load/unload at warehouses and jobsites. Must hold articulated boom/crane certification, NCCCO, and CDL A or B with Hazmat; OSHA 10 and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• MUST have Articulated Boom Crane or Knuckle Boom Certification.
• NCCCO certified, CDL Class A or B with Hazmat Endorsement.
• OSHA 10, forklift experience, building materials background.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate boom to lift and move building materials to the top of buildings.
• Inspect and adjust crane mechanisms to prevent malfunctions.
• Ensure loads are within lifting capacities and safe to move.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Drive safely and unload materials at customer sites.
