Job summary

You’ll build café knowledge, follow recipes and FIFO practices, and collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth cafe operations and strong customer service. Previous barista experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient with point-of-sale systems, tablets, and cafe technology.
• Maintain attractive café presentation and cleanliness.
• Stock deliveries and tidy the bake case and dining area.
• Operate the register efficiently to serve customers quickly and accurately.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking shelves.
• Prepare beverages and food items with care using recipes and guides.
• Follow FIFO and ensure correct dating of products.
• Support bookfloor team as needed and uphold loss-prevention practices.
