Job summary

A Barnes & Noble bookstore in Houston is seeking a part-time Barista to welcome customers, prepare beverages, and provide friendly service in the café. You will help stock deliveries, tidy the bake case, and run the register with accuracy while maintaining attractive café presentation.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately on a register.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and connect readers with beverages.
• Operate registers and process sales quickly and accurately.
• Unpack deliveries and stock the café and bake case.
• Maintain clean, organized café presentation and merchandising.
• Assist the bookfloor team when needed and follow FIFO practices.
