Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a cheerful and helpful way and answer questions
• Connect readers with the right titles and products
• Maintain attractive store presentation and ensure efficient running
• Unpack and shelve deliveries and tidy displays
• Operate registers quickly and professionally
• Support the cafe team when needed
• Understand loss prevention procedures and de-escalation techniques
• Assist with merchandising and restocking across book sections
