Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way, answering questions and connecting readers with the right titles and products.
• Unpack and shelve deliveries and maintain attractive store presentation.
• Operate registers and provide quick, friendly service to customers.
• Support receiving and unpacking of deliveries and efficient shelving.
• Develop product knowledge across fiction, nonfiction, children’s books and related categories.
• Assist cafe team when needed and follow loss prevention procedures.
