Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help find titles and products.
• Unpack deliveries and shelve merchandise; maintain displays.
• Operate the register and process transactions efficiently.
• Assist café team when needed.
• Follow loss prevention procedures and de-escalation techniques.
• Support other stores as needed.
• Build knowledge across fiction, nonfiction, and children’s books.
