Love books? Good. That's where it starts. Booksellers work directly on the sales floor and at the register throughout each shift, turning everyday moments into the reason customers come back. The best booksellers are readers first. You don't just sell books. You believe in them. Enjoy the thrill of connecting someone with their next great read? Ready to be part of a store where every shift turns up something new to discover? This is an hourly role based in one of our Books-A-Million retail store locations.

· Build connection in every interaction by handling every transaction with care, honesty, and integrity. Follow loss prevention standards and take pride in protecting our customers, our team, and the company.
· Every shift is different, and great stores run on teammates who are willing to jump in wherever they’re needed.
