Prime Electric Wholesale Corp. in Alhambra, CA seeks an organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist to join our growing team and maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

The role focuses on accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, month-end close support, and regular financial reporting. Strong Excel skills and experience with an ERP system are preferred; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Professional bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong AR, AP, and GL knowledge.
• Experience with reconciliations and payments processing.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Monitor AR aging and collections.
• Process and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, wire, cards).
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare customer statements and reminders.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
