Experience

Desired Skills and Experience

• Strong working knowledge in QuickBooks, including processing live payroll

• Ability to create new companies in QuickBooks with custom chart of accounts
• Ability to reconcile all balance sheet accounts
• Skilled in making routine journal entries such as month-end closing entries
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
