Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $85,000 to $95,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to policy development and process improvement within the Controller and CFO departments.
  • Prepare and file financial documents to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
  • Handle month-end tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial consolidation.
  • Analyze payroll data and conduct reconciliations for general ledger accounts.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for financial documentation and collaboration.
  • Hold relevant coursework in bookkeeping to support accounting responsibilities.
  • Exhibit proficiency in payroll accounting and financial transaction monitoring.
