Job summary

Six Flags New England is hosting Fright Fest auditions for character performers. You will greet guests, entertain families, and bring spooky family fun to life at Boo Fest activity centers and midways.

Pay starts at $15.00 per hour. Audition dates are August 7 (4–7pm) and August 8 (11–3pm). Candidates should be outgoing, comfortable outdoors, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and maintain high energy while keeping the show illusion.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic personality; acting, comedy, and improv skills helpful.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Ability to communicate and interact with large groups of guests.
• Ability to work on a team or independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Sense of fun.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
• At least 16 years of age or older.

Staying in character won’t be a problem for you! You’ll bring the spooky family fun as you greet and interact with each of our park guests. Whether it’s assisting guests at one of our many Boo Fest activity centers or entertaining families and friends out on our midways, your ability to bring your character or activity to life will ensure fun and excitement for everyone around you.
