Legacy Health is looking for progressive and entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners to join our urgent care team in the Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA region. Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in an urgent-care or emergency medicine setting required.
• Experience treating patients ages 6 months and up in an urgent-care or emergency room setting.
• Ability to comfortably perform minor procedures and overview reads of EKGs and X-rays.

Responsibilities

• Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Perform minor procedures like sutures and casts.
• Collaborate with Rad Techs, Medical Assistants, and Paramedics.
• Work exclusively in urgent-care medicine.

Skills

Experience in urgent-care or emergency medicine

Ability to perform minor procedures

Education

Current applicable state RN license

National certification as a Nurse Practitioner

State license as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive privileges
