Qualifications

• Three years inspection in bonding, fabrication, welding or finishing or two years inspection experience plus one year experience Bonding.
• Must comply with ITAR; U.S. person required.

Responsibilities

• Inspects production or first run parts, units assemblies made from various materials and bonded parts.
• Inspects bonded parts or parts to be bonded prior to, during and after bonding process.
• Operates layout and inspection measuring instruments and tools to verify conformance to blueprints and specifications.
• Maintains records and charts on bonding procedures and inspection data.
• Performs complex bonding inspections and may conduct destructive testing as required.
