A manufacturing company in Ohio is seeking a Bonded/Woven Cord Machine Operator to efficiently produce and package Bonded and Woven Strapping. The role requires adhering to safety standards and customer requirements while maintaining quality. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and basic knowledge of adhesives and yarns. Responsibilities include monitoring processes, packaging products, and maintaining equipment. The position works Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Description

The Bonded/Woven Cord Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient production and packaging of Bonded and Woven Strapping while following all Customer requirements and Safety and Company Policies and Procedures.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm

Responsibilities

• Replenish creel stands and adhesives
• Monitor/adjust Bonding and Weaving processes
• Tie ends
• Adjust line tensions
• Start up and shut down lines as needed
• Ensure product meets order specifications
• Complete production paperwork
• Exceed all Safety standards
• Meet all Quality requirements
• Cleans and maintains equipment when applicable.
• Uses product specifications to set up equipment to manufacture product.
• Transfer coils in process from the machine
• Package coils
