Bombardier Aircraft Maintenance Technician

About the Role

As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at West Star, you will be responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, and inspecting sophisticated civilian aircraft. Your daily tasks may include replacing parts, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and performing inspections. This role offers diverse experiences and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and systems.
• Remove and install panels and components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve aircraft system issues.
• De-fuel aircraft, perform engine removals and installations.
• Operate ground support equipment.
• Inspect and evaluate aircraft and components.
• Assist in aircraft movement and performance runs.
• Maintain shop facilities, equipment, and tooling.
• Use basic computer skills for electronic manuals and maintenance databases.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, with an Airframe and Powerplant License. A valid driver’s license and/or passport are preferred but not mandatory.
