Actalent is seeking an entry-level Data/ BOM analyst to review and validate Bills of Materials, routings, part records, and cycle-time data. You will document discrepancies and coordinate corrections through implementation while supporting the Sightline-to-Infor LN ERP transition.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical ability, and Excel proficiency, with an engineering degree preferred but not required. Cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement are key focus areas.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or production environments.
• Engineering degree preferred but not required; familiarity with BOMs, routings, ERP or PLM systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate BOMs, routings, and part records.
• Analyze cycle-time data and document discrepancies.
• Coordinate approved corrections and support ERP transition projects.
• Standardize product data and collaborate with cross-functional teams for data accuracy and continuous improvement.
