Zusammenfassung

Revology Cars is seeking a BOM Analyst to manage accurate Bills of Material for our vehicle programs, from development through production. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, Production, and Program Management to keep configurations and changes aligned.

You will create and maintain prototype and production BOMs, manage engineering changes, resolve discrepancies, audit BOMs at production stations, and drive traceability and process standardization to support program

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing multi-level BOMs with thousands of components.
• Familiarity with ERP, MRP, PLM, or similar product-data-management systems.
• Strong understanding of part numbering, revision control, engineering changes, and product configuration.
• Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify discrepancies across large data sets.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills, with knowledge of processes that support repeatability and configuration control.

Revology Cars is hiring a BOM Analyst to manage accurate Bills of Material (BOMs) for our vehicle programs, from development through production. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Three to five years in BOM management, configuration management, product data management, engineering change control, manufacturing planning, or a related function.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience will be considered.
• Experience with Infor SyteLine, Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE, or comparable systems.
• Automotive or related manufacturing experience; low-volume, high-mix experience is a plus.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• $61,500–$90,600 per year, depending on skills and experience.
