The role requires balancing art and science, translating insights into narratives, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to align design intent with manufacturing realities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field; suitable education/experience combination accepted.
• 1–4+ years of directly relevant work experience.
• Strong interest in current design trends—including contemporary art, sports, streetwear, and youth culture.
• Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC.

Responsibilities

• Create original graphics, prints, trims, and packaging that meet each product’s unique needs.
• Weave worlds together with Nike’s vision across apparel and footwear projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary product and creative teams to ensure design alignment with manufacturing realities.
• Present design intent clearly to internal and external audiences.
