Georgia Foods is hiring Shift Leaders to join Bojangles at 1041 Beaufort, SC 29906. You’ll be the go-to person for your crew, keeping service fast, friendly, and organized on a busy shift.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll train new team members, coach during shifts, maintain food safety and cleanliness, and handle guest concerns with urgency. The role offers on-the-job leadership training, growth opportunities into management, and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
