Bojangles @ Bluewater is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to fill the role of Shift Leader at our various locations, including Charleston, SC; North Charleston, SC; Cain Bay, SC; and Ravenel.

Shift Leaders are responsible for overseeing their shifts and all other aspects of the restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of employees.
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain Bojangles' quality and safety standards, including food safety and sanitation.
• Manage inventory, track waste, and reconcile sales and cash.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Address escalated guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Understand and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Successful completion of Bojangles University (BO University) training may be required by some roles.
