Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training or certification in boiler operation preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with industrial boilers; food manufacturing experience a plus.
• Boiler Operator License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers and steam systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on boilers, pumps, valves, and piping systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues related to boiler operations.
• Monitor system readings including pressure, temperature, and fuel usage.
• Maintain proper water treatment and chemical levels.
• Respond quickly to alarms, malfunctions, or emergencies.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure uninterrupted steam supply.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and maintenance records.
• Support installation and upgrades of boiler and utility systems.

This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of boiler systems that support production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in maintaining industrial steam systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers and steam systems to ensure optimal performance
