Responsibilities

• Perform boiler installations, routine maintenance, and repairs on multiple boiler systems
• Troubleshoot burner sequences and boiler logic using schematics and diagnostic tools
• Carry out mechanical maintenance including opening, cleaning, closing, and refractory work
• Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients and ensure exceptional service
• Program and commission combustion management systems (Fireye, Siemens, Honeywell)

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field representative, executing critical boiler installations, maintenance, and complex troubleshooting across diverse commercial and industrial sites. How You Will Make An Impact

• Perform comprehensive installations, routine maintenance, and complex repairs on various boiler systems
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and schematics to troubleshoot burner sequences and complex boiler logic
• Execute detailed mechanical maintenance including open, clean, and close procedures and refractory repairs
• Conduct rigorous field inspections to ensure all systems meet local codes and manufacturer safety standards
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients to deliver exceptional field customer service
• Program and commission advanced combustion management systems including Fireye, Siemens, and Honeywell controls

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid driver's license
• Proven professional background in industrial boiler maintenance, HVAC/R, or a specialized mechanical field
• Demonstrated literacy in reading and interpreting complex electrical ladders and piping diagrams
• Ability to independently manage field service routes while maintaining strict technical standards
• Must be able to lift minimum 50+ lbs

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 or more years of related work experience in boiler operations and service
• Advanced knowledge of linkageless systems, fuel‑air ratio profiling, and flame safeguard controls
• Combustion tuning on commercial boilers
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Available for on-call and Holiday work
