Cleaver-Brooks is seeking an entry-level Trainee to build or install component parts on boiler heads and boilers in preparation for test firing. The position emphasizes learning with limited decision-making and progressing toward production and quality standards within multiple cells.

The role requires reading prints, wiring and assembling parts, and adhering to plant safety rules. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with basic math and reading skills essential.

Formación

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Must have good reading, writing and math skills.
• Technical training as an industrial electrician preferred.
• Minimum of six months as a Trainee or one year of electrical and/or plumbing/piping experience in related manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble burner drawers and components on boiler heads per procedures.
• Mount and wire components on boilers and control panels.
• Read prints and wire all applications across multiple voltages.
• Follow safety rules and use PPE as required.
• Participate in testing and commissioning of boiler components.
