Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Snellville, GA is seeking a Back of House Team Member to help prepare, cook, assemble and present high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work directly for an independent Owner/Operator and contribute to a friendly dining experience for every guest.

This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, a supportive team, flexible scheduling, and professional growth through training and scholarship opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean and orderly kitchen at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products and standards.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned and follow dress code.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
