Workstream is hiring a BoH Team Member for Applebee’s in Granger, Indiana. This role requires a reliable team player to maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure a safe work environment. Qualified candidates should have experience in the casual dining industry, and certain food certifications are preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry preferred.
• Current food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and manage the kitchen space to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Perform physical tasks, such as dishwashing, reliably and positively.

Skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage kitchen space

Familiarity with POS system

Education

High School Diploma or GED
