Newk’s Eatery | MDH Foods is seeking a Back of House Hourly Partner to ensure guests receive high-quality products prepared to NEWK's standards. This role supports the restaurant team to meet sales goals while maintaining a sanitary, safe, and efficient work environment.

The position is with an independently owned franchise restaurant. Ideal candidates are friendly, outgoing, and professional with strong multitasking and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prep food products
• Ensure food products are stored properly according to food safety protocols
• Prepare customer orders accurately and timely
• Perform all responsibilities and tasks according to NEWK’s standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence
• Help protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient and high-quality work environment
