Chick-fil-A in Pittsburgh is seeking a Late Night Kitchen Team Member to join our Back of House. You will prepare, cook, and assemble signature menu items while maintaining food safety and cleanliness in a fast, high-energy environment.

This part-time evening/closing role offers hands-on kitchen experience, opportunities for leadership development, and competitive pay with potential late-night differentials as you help close out the day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble Chick-fil-A menu items according to exact brand and quality standards
• Master key kitchen stations, including breading, machine operation, line assembly, prep, and dishwashing
• Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and temperature log guidelines at all times
• Execute end-of-day kitchen closing tasks, including equipment cleaning, oil filtration, station teardown, restock, and deep sanitization
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment throughout the entire evening shift
• Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen team members and leadership to deliver fast, accurate orders up through close

About the Role

As a Late Night Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in closing out the day with excellence—preparing signature menu items, maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards, and completing late-night kitchen teardown and sanitization procedures.
