BODYROK is expanding its Houston presence, seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to lead and grow the instructor team. You will recruit, train, and coach instructors, drive studio utilization, and ensure high-quality classes across multiple locations.
As the primary local representative, you must be reachable by phone, text, and email, and coordinate with the team to maintain safety, profitability, and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
BODYROK offers high-intensity, low-impact workouts that tone, refine, and sculpt your body and mind in just 45 minutes. Our instructors have earned a reputation for delivering some of the most challenging and comprehensive workouts in California, and we're excited to bring the BODYROK concept to Houston.
We combine our proprietary Hybrid Pilates method, taught on custom-built reformers, to deliver one of the most efficient full-body workouts available. Our trainers coach on a microphone to heart-pumping music in high-energy studios. The BODYROK method is built to be high-intensity and low-impact, leaving clients energized and feeling great.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking individual who is passionate about health, fitness, and the BODYROK brand — and who can effectively build and grow our instructor team as we expand.
