BODYBAR Pilates in Fort Worth, TX seeks an energetic BODYBAR Instructor to coach in a studio featuring 14 reformers and private suites for 1-on-1 coaching. You’ll deliver dynamic, form-focused workouts that build strength, connection, and confidence, creating a standout experience that keeps members motivated.

You will lead group and private sessions, cue precisely, support members, and help build a welcoming community while embodying the BODYBAR mission.

Qualifications

• Strong teamability with a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for fitness and helping others feel strong and healthy.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid foundation in anatomy and human movement.
• Prior Pilates or group fitness instruction/1-on-1 coaching preferred.
• BODYBAR Training completion required.
• CPR/AED certification and proof of Instructor Liability Insurance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be a Brand Ambassador: Embody the BODYBAR mission and bring infectious energy to every class and private session you lead.
• Deliver Dynamic Classes & 1-on-1 Sessions: Lead form-focused Pilates workouts using the BODYBAR method across our 14-reformer main floor and in our private coaching suites, challenging and supporting members of all fitness levels.
• Provide Expert Cueing: Offer precise verbal and physical cues to ensure members move safely, stay aligned, and feel confident in every movement.
• Offer Upbeat Support: Guide members with clear, supportive answers regarding exercise modifications, studio policies, and upcoming promotions.
• Build Community: Foster strong connections with members before, during, and after class to create an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong Teamability: A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work seamlessly within a team environment.
• Passion for Fitness: A genuine desire to help others feel strong, empowered, and healthy.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect easily with diverse groups of people.
• Movement Knowledge: Solid foundation in basic anatomy and human movement principles.
• Classroom & Coaching Experience: Prior Pilates or group fitness instruction/1-on-1 coaching experience (preferred, but not required).
• BODYBAR Training: Successful completion of BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program.
• Certifications & Insurance: Active CPR/AED certification and proof of Instructor Liability Insurance prior to teaching.
